David Owens-Hill - Pseudoscience to Social Science

I think this is a talk is titled: "Know Your Meme". Or maybe it's called: "Pseudoscience to Social Science: Reframing Memetics in Terms of Culture, Digitally-transmitted".

Though the second title sounds interesting, this talk seems pretty basic, and has a lot of material about hipsters. You have been warned!

Oh yes, the memetics doesn't really start until about six minutes in.

    Thanks for sharing, Tim!

    This presentation is pretty basic and was meant only to introduce my master's thesis which revolved around reframing memetics in the field of autoethnography. I wish the video was more illustrative of the entire work—which is where the "Pseudoscience to Social Science" title originated.

    I read your work extensively when doing background research. Keep up the good work!
